Site Tour

stsqz.com is the official site of the sts Team. The team formed in November 2025 with 14 members, and every AI tool on the site runs locally in your browser - files are never uploaded to a server. This tour walks through the whole place, corner by corner.

Tools & the lab

lab.stsqz.com - the local AI lab

Three promises: your data never leaves your device, it stays free, and it works offline. Five tools; models download only when you need them:

  • Speech to Text lab.stsqz.com/transcribe - audio to timestamped text, SRT subtitle export, three model tiers
  • Text Recognition lab.stsqz.com/ocr - pull copyable text out of images, fully local OCR
  • Background Remover lab.stsqz.com/rmbg - keeps the subject, makes the background transparent, outputs PNG; best on portraits
  • Audio & Video lab.stsqz.com/audioconvert - full ffmpeg in the browser: convert, trim, compress, concatenate, burn subtitles; you type parameters like a terminal

For advanced Audio & Video usage see the /manual handbook: 20 chapters covering parameter reference, filters, troubleshooting, and a glossary.

Lightweight tools

  • Calculator /tool/cal - trig, logs, powers; just type on your keyboard
  • Countdown /tool/countdown - exams, holidays, anniversaries: every date worth counting down to, in one place
  • Text to Speech /tool/speak - turn text into audio in several voices, download as soon as it's generated
  • Text Tools /tool/text - process text in place, the common transforms all in one stop
  • QR Generator /tool/qr - text and links to QR codes, with adjustable size and error correction
  • Color Tools /tool/color - format conversion and contrast checks, a handy assistant for palettes
  • Regex Tester /tool/regex - live match highlighting, so expressions stop being guesswork

  • Hearing Test /tool/hearing - put on headphones, sweep upward, and find your highest audible frequency
  • Downloads /download - installers and shared assets from the team's projects

Games

/game is the arcade lobby - fourteen original games, playable the moment you click:

  • Escape the Teacher - get out of the building before you're caught
  • Endless Parkour - run forward forever through a 3D scene
  • Sky Fighter - dodge bullet patterns, shoot down waves of enemies, see how far you get
  • Memory Match - flip cards and pair them up; a short-term memory workout
  • Plinko - watch marbles bounce their way down; pure luck and oddly calming
  • Gomoku / 15 Puzzle / Go / Xiangqi / Luzhanqi - AI board games and a sliding puzzle, from quick rounds to head-scratchers
  • Twenty-Four - make 24 from four cards; every deal is guaranteed solvable. Good for mental math and reflexes

  • My Home /user/home - XP bar, daily check-in, a daily fortune draw, game records, and level titles
  • Daily Quests /user/tasks - 15 quests that award XP automatically: playing games, downloading, checking in, generating speech, using tools, searching the site - plus score challenges like 30 points in Snake or 500 in Sky Fighter

Signature spots

  • piko the mascot /piko - a little green robot born October 2, 2026, and it chats. Try the preset questions "Who are you?" and "What's fun on this site?", or give it a local brain (see the Give piko a Brain guide)
  • Time Garden /garden - a WebGL archipelago: every plant grows from a random seed, sprouting within an hour and blooming within a day. Click an empty plot to leave a message; click a plant to read its tag. Three plants per IP per day (see the Time Garden Guide)
  • stsOS Station /stsos - a desktop OS in your browser; all 14 versions are still visitable (see the stsOS Station Tour)
  • Retro Player /player - a CRT TV with a remote: power, auto-play, and CRT effects all work, with number keys to change channels. The lineup includes a dynasties series and birthday records, the Piko Theatre cuts in anytime, and the AV channel hides 18 arcade games (see the Retro TV Handbook)
  • Site Search /search - names, games, and tools all hit
  • Sitemap /sitemap - the whole site on one page
